In early 2023, River City Furniture Rental took on our largest single-site project to date: forty-five bespoke installations in a brand new building in Mountain View. Our design team prepared with site visits, consultations with the site manager, and forty-five unique design boards, with thoughtful inventory selection for each individual floor plan. Our client wanted to reflect the design of the property's common areas in the decor for each apartment. The "Moody Coastal" look was created by blending inventory from our Urban Collection, the BahÃa Collection, and the RC Designs staging division. The response was amazing- from the construction site manager to the community manager to the guests, everyone said "I can't believe this is rental furniture!"
